Bear's Wine Bar is looking for a new manager to join our tight-knit team. We are looking for someone with a passion for hospitality, a particular interest in wine and experience in bar tending, section waiting, and front of house management.

We are looking for a Bar Manager / Shift Manager to join our tight-knit team at Bear's Wine Bar. This is a unique opportunity to work in a small family owned and operated business. We are looking for someone who is passionate about hospitality and who is willing to be in a hands on mangement role on the floor.

You will be involved in all aspects of front of house, including: designing a seasonally changing cocktail menu; ordering, stock control and stocktake; training and upskilling FOH staff; bartending alongside bar service; hosting and managing the flow of guests that come to dine and drink; and section waiting.

Salary based on award standards and experience, plus tips.

Essential Qualifications:

• Victorian RSA
• WSET Level 2 in wine
• Relevant experience
• Passion for hospitality

Desired:

• WSET Level 3 in wine
• 5+ Years of experience in hospitality management
