The RoleWork with engineers, Support and business stakeholders to maintain and scale Lumi’s TypeScript/React lending, risk management and customer service applications as the business grows.Improve reliability by identifying recurring operational issues, understanding root causes and delivering practical, durable fixes through code changes, scripts, workflows, alerts and runbooks.Provide second-level support while also delivering incremental enhancements that lift performance, scalability, maintainability and overall operability of existing applications.
This Person Is Someone With…A pragmatic approach to problem-solving, with the ability to make sensible trade-offs and deliver useful improvements without waiting for perfect conditions.Strong experience with TypeScript and React.Strong full-stack engineering fundamentals and experience working with distributed microservice systems.Strong capability diagnosing complex production issues, using logs, monitoring, metrics and Support context to identify root causes and drive durable reliability improvements.The ability to partner effectively with Platform EnBut its gineering and other teams where broader reliability or infrastructure improvements are needed.Disciplined coding practices, including unit and integration testing.Excellent communication skills and a desire to learn from and share knowledge with others.Curiosity about using automation and AI-assisted tools to investigate issues, reduce manual work, improve documentation and accelerate practical improvements.
