We are seeking an Trade Counter Sales/Warehouse Assistant team member to join our team as a dedicated long-term member. This permanent full-time position is based at our Thornton (Newcastle) branch and requires someone who can learn quickly and step confidently into the role

As our Trade Counter Sales/Warehouse Assistant, you will be responsible for:

• Customer service – Assist with enquiries by phone, email and trade counter

• General sales activities – Prepare quotes and invoice accurately

• Processing orders

• Pick, packing, inventory maintenance

• Warehouse organisation and cleanliness

About you:

The successful applicate will have:

• Proven customer service experience

• Minimum 2 years warehouse experience (essential)

• Reliable and strong work ethic and attention to detail

• Ability to work independently and as a part of a team

• Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach

• Current Driver Licence and Forklift Licence (essential
