Radiology Receptionist

About the Role:

An exciting opportunity has become available for a Radiology Receptionist to join our friendly and professional team at Precision Imaging Partners. We are looking for candidates to work at our Bankstown practice and our New Revesby practice. This is a full-time role, that will allow you to thrive in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment.

As a Radiology Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for patients and play a key role in delivering exceptional service. This position requires a high level of professionalism, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic clinical setting.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

• Providing outstanding service both on the phone and in person when greeting patients.

• Managing patient bookings efficiently and ensuring smooth patient flow.

• Maintaining accurate and confidential patient records.

• Multitasking and problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.

• Communicating clearly and professionally with patients, referrers, and clinical staff.

• Supporting the clinical team with general administrative tasks as required.
