About the role
About the Role
This is a genuinely varied admin role and a great one to grow in. As Administration Officer Procurement, you'll be the organisational engine behind our Procurement Team, keeping supplier records, pricing information, and rebate claims accurate and up to date across the Group.
One day you'll be calculating and processing supplier rebate claims, the next you'll be updating pricebooks and procurement databases, coordinating staff uniform orders, or helping onboard new suppliers. You'll also support the Procurement Manager with reporting, data collection, and meeting coordination, and be the go-to for procurement enquiries from around the business. It's the kind of role where you'll learn how a whole procurement function fits together.
We're not expecting years of procurement experience, what matters most is that you're quick to learn, switched on, and great with detail. If you've got a solid foundation and the right attitude, we'll teach you the rest, and there's real scope to grow with the business.
Your role will include
About you
You've got a sharp eye for detail and a head for numbers. You pick things up fast, ask questions to understand how things work, and take pride in getting things right. You're organised, reliable, and understand the importance of discretion.
Maybe you've got a Cert IV in Business, or strong transferable skills from another admin, retail, or customer-facing role. You don't need to have done this exact role before, if you've got the right foundation and attitude, that's what counts.
You'll bring:
If you're organised, numbers-savvy, and ready to learn and grow with a supportive team, we'd love to hear from you.
