About the Role:Reporting directly to the Head of HR ANZ, this diverse and impactful role will be the primary HR support for our Dandenong manufacturing operations and distribution centres across Victoria and South Australia. You'll work closely with our leaders and employees to deliver practical HR solutions that support business performance, employee engagement, and organisational growth.
As a key member of the ANZ HR team, you will provide end-to-end HR support across a broad range of people initiatives, including employee and industrial relations, talent and performance management, recruitment, policy development, workforce planning, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:Act as a trusted HR partner to site leaders, providing practical advice and coaching on people matters.Support workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, and talent development to build capability and succession pipelines.Lead and support core HR processes including performance management, employee relations, and engagement initiatives.Ensure compliance with employment law, company policies, and WHS requirements, including audits and investigations.Analyse and report on HR metrics, providing insights to improve retention, performance and site outcomes.Support delivery of HR projects and initiatives, ensuring effective implementation at site level.Build leadership capability and promote a positive, compliant and high-performing workplace culture.Champion the ARYZTA Core Values of Integrity, Ownership, Customer Focus, Creativity & Care.
About You:To thrive in this role, you will be a confident and experienced HR professional who is able to navigate a diverse & dynamic FMCG environment. You'll have great attention to detail, a strength in problem-solving, a big picture perspective and the ability to think creatively. You'll be approachable, able to adapt your communication style to various audiences and enjoy building relationships. To be successful in this role you will bring:HR Qualifications with 4+ years of experience in HR within a complex, fast-paced, and diverse environment.Previous experience in FMCG or manufacturing industry with a global company will be a strong advantage.Excellent leadership traits, the ability to communicate with influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of organisation.Strong written and verbal communication with excellent listening and interaction skills.Solid business acumen and strong negotiation skills.Ability to apply diplomacy, lead difficult conversations with awareness to sensitive matters.Resilience, and the ability to follow-through and drive results.MS-Office skills (PowerPoint, Word, Outlook and Excel).High standards of Business Practices and Ethics.
