Contract Administrator

The Opportunity

We’re seeking a technically capable Contracts Administrator to join our Head Office in Cronulla, supporting a team of Project Managers, you'll play a key role in the successful delivery of projects from tender through to completion.

We're looking for a technically capable construction professional who enjoys the commercial side of project delivery. You'll become a trusted member of the project team, taking ownership of contract administration, procurement, documentation and stakeholder coordination while supporting the successful delivery of projects from tender through to practical completion.

Working directly alongside experienced Project Managers, you'll gain broad exposure to all facets of project delivery within a fast-paced national business.

 
Key Responsibilities

• Supporting Project Managers with contract administration, documentation, and correspondence

• Processing RFIs, variations, subcontract letting, and progress claims

• Track budgets, variations, and delivery timelines

• Assist with site logistics, deliveries, and programme planning

• Maintain clear communication with clients throughout each project

• Maintaining project documentation and keeping records up to date

Skills & Experience

• A tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying or a related construction discipline is essential.

• 4+ years’ experience assisting in delivering building, refurbishment, fitout or capital works projects.

• Experience managing multiple projects and competing priorities.

• Strong knowledge of project management, procurement, contracts, cost control and risk management.

• Experience coordinating consultants, contractors and multidisciplinary teams
