Pharmacist in Charge

What You'll Do

• Provide expert clinical pharmacy services and medication management
• Lead and mentor pharmacy staff, fostering professional development
• Ensure compliance with TGA, APHRA, and hospital accreditation standards
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
• Manage inventory, budgets, and operational efficiency
• Implement innovative pharmacy practices and quality improvement initiatives

You will have

• Registration with AHPRA as a pharmacist
• Previous hospital pharmacy experience preferred
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Commitment to patient safety and quality care
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
