Lilydale Osteopathy & Natural Health Care is an established multidisciplinary clinic in Lilydale, serving the local community for 35 years.

We’re looking for an Osteopath to join our team, ideally full-time, although part-time hours can absolutely be considered for the right person.

This is an employed position, with salary based on experience and competence. New graduates and experienced osteopaths are both very welcome to apply.

You’ll step into an existing and growing patient load within a warm, supportive clinic that values high-quality patient care, strong relationships and a sustainable way of working.

Your role will include:

• Providing 1:1 osteopathic consultations

• Assessing patients and developing clear, individualised management plans

• Providing hands-on treatment, rehabilitation and exercise advice as appropriate

• Building strong, long-term patient relationships

• Working collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team

• Referring internally when it benefits the patient

You’ll need to be registered, or eligible for registration, as an Osteopath in Australia and hold appropriate professional insurance.

We know the transition from university into practice can be daunting.

You’ll have access to clinical support and mentoring from our Principal Osteopath, who has more than 20 years of clinical experience, previously worked as an RMIT clinical supervisor and has supported more than a dozen osteopathy students.

There’s room to ask questions, discuss cases and develop your own clinical style without being expected to know everything on day one.

Our team brings more than 60 years of combined clinical experience across osteopathy and physiotherapy.

You’ll also have:

• An existing patient base and steady flow of new patients

• Full-time reception support, with more than 60 hours of reception coverage each week

• Flexibility to shape the role and hours around the right person

• An onsite Pilates studio

• Onsite parking

• Walking distance to Lilydale train station

• A genuinely excellent not-for-profit café next door

$80,000–$105,000 + superannuation, full-time equivalent, depending on experience and competence.

Part-time remuneration will be pro rata.

There may also be scope for additional performance-based remuneration as the role develops.

Our priority is finding the right Osteopath, but we’re also open to hearing from an Allied Health Practitioner who could be a great fit for the clinic, such as a Physiotherapist, Exercise Physiologist, Myotherapist, Dietitian, Nutritionist or similar.
