Merchandise Planner

We are seeking an experienced Merchandise Planner to lead data-driven planning, forecasting and inventory optimisation across our global channels. Reporting to the Head of Merchandise and Trade, this role partners closely with Product, Digital and Marketing to maximise full-price sell-through, minimise risk, and support profitable growth. This is a hands-on, commercially focused role suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced, digital-first environment and brings strong experience in apparel or accessories. This role is available on a 4 or 5 day per week basis and in the role you will;

• Manage merchandise planning, forecasting and inventory management across global channels, ensuring optimal stock availability and profitable growth.

• Analyse trading performance to identify risks, opportunities and actions that drive sales, margin, sell-through and stock turn.

• Manage inventory flow, stock allocation and replenishment across ecommerce, wholesale and marketplace channels.

• Partner with Product and Merchandising teams to develop data-led range, assortment and buy plans for existing and new product launches.

• Support pricing, promotional and markdown strategies to maximise full-price sales and minimise inventory risk.

• Collaborate closely with Digital, Marketing, Operations and Finance teams to align merchandise strategies with commercial objectives and customer demand.

About You 

• 6+ years’ experience in merchandise planning, ideally in apparel or accessories 

• Proven experience in eCommerce, omni-channel and multi-region environments 

• Strong commercial acumen with a track record of delivering sales, margin and inventory outcomes 

• Advanced analytical capability with strong Excel skills (experience with planning tools and Cin7 advantageous) 

• Comfortable operating in a fast-growth, data-rich environment with evolving processes 

• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams 

• Highly organised, detail-oriented and outcomes focused
