Project Coordinator

Hacer Group have been operating in the market for the past 25 years as a fully integrated design and construct builder. We have over 240 employees, and specialise in a variety of commercial sectors including large scale multi residential, retail, offices, health, industrial and aged care.

In this role you will work as part of a large project team on an exciting mixed use development just outside the Melbourne CBD. You will take responsibility for the delivery of the various trade package and assist in the mentoring & development of our Graduates. 

What else?

• Prepare, implement & manage both Contract & Target Programs

• Build strong relationships with client & client representatives.

• Take ownership of the budgets given

• Work effectively with Hacer Design Team to ensure the design and verification process meets the construction program requirements

• Engaging with subcontractors who have been recommended by Hacer

And a bit about you..

• A Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or similar 

• Experience working on large scale construction projects in a similar position

• Building and maintaining external supplier/contractor relationships

• Effective communication style

• Working in a team environment

• Holding a Cert III or IV in Work Health & Safety will be highly regarded
