About the Role

As Clinical Head of Musculoskeletal Rehabilitation, you will play a key role in developing the next generation of Allied Health professionals while driving clinical excellence across the organisation.

Your Responsibilities Will Include

Designing and developing high-quality Musculoskeletal Rehabilitation coursesCreating learning pathways through the Allied Health Warrior platformDelivering face-to-face workshops and professional development programsProviding one-on-one mentorship and clinical supervisionSupporting Physiotherapists to develop advanced MSK clinical skillsContributing to research-informed practice and clinical innovationCollaborating with industry leaders and subject matter expertsMaintaining a clinical caseload of approximately 24 billable hours per week

About You

You're an experienced Physiotherapist who enjoys developing others and is passionate about evidence-based musculoskeletal rehabilitation.

You Will Bring

Minimum 5 years' Physiotherapy experienceExtensive Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy experienceStrong mentoring, coaching and education skillsDemonstrated ability to manage a clinical caseload and achieve performance outcomesStrong communication and presentation skillsPassion for clinician development and professional educationAbility to influence and inspire clinicians at all career stages

Highly Regarded

APA Titled Physiotherapist status or working towards titlingExperience within NDIS and disability-related rehabilitationExperience delivering education, supervision or professional development programs

Essential Requirements

Bachelor or Postgraduate Qualification in PhysiotherapyCurrent AHPRA registrationCurrent driver's licence and access to a vehicleAbility to travel across clinic locations as required
