About the RoleWe are looking for motivated Associate Commercial Consultants to join our growing ICT procurement and vendor management practice supporting Commonwealth Government clients. This role is ideal for someone early in their procurement, contract management or commercial career who wants to build hands-on experience in ICT sourcing and vendor management within Federal Government environments.

Responsibilities
Supporting ICT procurement activities across RFQs, RFTs and panel sourcing processesLiaising with ICT vendors to obtain quotes and procurement informationPreparing procurement and contract documentationAssisting with vendor onboarding and contract administration activitiesMaintaining procurement records, trackers and documentationSupporting evaluation activities and stakeholder coordinationWorking closely with senior consultants, ITAM specialists and technical teamsAssisting with compliance and reporting activities
QualificationsSome experience in procurement, contracts, administration, vendor management or commercial support roles. Degree qualifications in a related discipline would be of interest.
Required SkillsInterest in ICT procurement and technology sourcingStrong attention to detail and organisational skillsAbility to manage competing priorities and deadlinesStrong written and verbal communication skillsProcurement qualifications or willingness to develop in this area highly regarded
Preferred SkillsExposure to Federal Government or Defence environmentsUnderstanding of Commonwealth Procurement Rules (CPRs)Exposure to software, cloud or ICT vendors
Clearances & CitizenshipThis role requires Australian Citizenship and ideally a Federal Government Security Clearance. Preference may be given to applicants with an active clearance.
