About the role

There is an exciting opportunity available for an experienced Hotel/Pub Duty Manager at this outstanding and beautifully presented inner west venue, this is an exciting time to be part of a totally revamped and refreshed establishment. Skills and experience

The successful candidate will have the following:

• Proficiency in both food and beverage management in a high calibre hotel venue with minimum two (2) years' experience is essential.

• Strong understanding of gaming and TAB facilities.

• Maintain a high standard of service to all patrons, while ensuring compliance with company policies, Liquor Act, Gaming Machines Act and government regulations.

• ARCG is a must with Gaming experience preferred.

• Ensure smooth running of hotel operations on designated shifts.

• Complete all cash reconciliations in an accurate and timely manner.

• Proactively supervise all staff by providing clear and consistent direction, ensuring that Company standards are adhered to at all times, as well as promoting a harmonious team environment.

• A candidate with experience in successfully managing events and implementing successful marketing ideas would be looked upon favourably.

• Be willing to take responsibility and accountability.

• The right candidates must have excellent communication skills and a strong customer service focus, as well as be professionally presented and groomed at all times.

• Committed, trustworthy and responsible professionals are what we are seeking.   The candidates must be flexible and available to work a rotating roster, including nights, weekends, public holidays, when rostering demands this.

• An Australian National Police Check within the last 3 months.
