As a Mechanical Fitter you will maintain, service, and overhaul the heavy industrial pump assets, treatment facilities, and dam infrastructure that supply bulk drinking water.

• Strip, rebuild, and commission large-scale centrifugal, split-case, deep-bore, and chemical dosing pumps.

• Perform laser alignments, mechanical seal replacements, bearing fits, and gearbox reconditioning.

• Conduct preventative maintenance, vibration analysis, and condition monitoring across water treatment plants and pump stations.

• Rapidly diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical failures to keep critical infrastructure online.

• Service, modify, and fit high-pressure control valves and associated pipe networks.
