Our ideal candidate will have

• 2+ years experience as a waiter or food runner in hatted or premium restaurants

• An ability to work well under pressure and understand the requirements for a fast-paced restaurant

• A good level of food & wine knowledge, and the desire for continual learning

• Enthusiasm to create memorable experiences for guests through exceptional service

• Availability to work a rotating roster
