Marketing Specialist

This is an exciting opportunity for a marketing professional who enjoys working across a variety of projects and wants to see their work have a direct impact on customers and commercial outcomes.

You will work closely with Sales, Product Development and the broader Commercial team to create compelling marketing materials, customer presentations, category insights and sales tools that help strengthen customer relationships and support business growth.

You will also work closely with our Global Marketing team to bring AGRANA's global brand strategy to life locally, while supporting lead generation, digital engagement and our presence across the market.

As our Marketing Specialist, you will play an important role in connecting marketing, customers and commercial growth.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Supporting the execution of AGRANAs marketing strategy and brand-building initiatives.

• Working with Global Marketing to implement AGRANA's global brand identity, campaigns and marketing resources locally.

• Developing high-quality marketing collateral, customer presentations, digital content and communications.

• Ensuring consistent and professional brand representation across customer-facing activities.

• Developing presentations, customer proposals, insight packs and sales tools to support the Sales team.

• Assisting with campaign planning, customer follow-up and promotional activities.

• Monitoring campaign performance, lead generation and customer engagement metrics.

• Assisting with the commercialisation of new products through launch materials, customer samples, presentations and marketing collateral.

• Coordinating marketing deliverables across strategic projects and growth initiatives.

• Sharing customer, market and competitor insights to support innovation and continuous improvement.

We are looking for a positive, proactive and creative marketing professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

You will ideally bring:

• At least 2 years' experience in Marketing or a related commercial role, preferably within FMCG or a similar industry.

• Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Business or a related discipline are preferred, or equivalent commercial experience.

• Strong written communication and presentation development skills.

• Excellent organisational and project coordination skills.

• Strong Microsoft Office skills.

• Exposure to CRM systems, LinkedIn and digital marketing platforms would be advantageous.

• The ability to coordinate multiple projects and competing priorities effectively.

• Strong attention to detail and a high standard of written and visual communication.
