What You Will Be Working On

Your focus is simple but significant: develop and lead your team to deliver exceptional service while delivering growth.  Build a culture of sales excellence and customer loyalty. You'll be the face of the business in South Australia – be the reliable expert that applicators and contractors depend on for technical advice, prompt service, and honest communication.  Oversee dispatch, manage stock to showroom standards, and ensure the branch runs smoothly while maintaining the professional image the business is known for.

This role gives you genuine responsibility for the branch's success – your relationships, and leadership directly impact results. You'll tackle challenges that require trade knowledge, people skills, and commercial savvy, making every day different and engaging.

What Type Of Person Will Be Successful

We're looking for someone who bridges two worlds: trade and sales.  You will be self-motivated to drive sales in a trade industry and will possess previous experience supervising or managing a small team to commercial success. You're comfortable picking up the phone to build relationships, coaching your team through challenges, and jumping on the forklift to meet customer demands.  You will have a ‘hands-on’ approach, willing to roll up your sleeves and work as part of the team. 

Bonus points for:

• Background in epoxy coatings, flooring systems, or industrial coatings advantageous however, full training will be provided. 
• Experience in trade supply, construction materials, or building products sales
• Track record of meeting sales targets and developing high-performing teams
• Fortklift licence required.  We are happy to support you to acquire a licence.
