The Opportunity

Reporting to the Executive General Manager, the Branch Manager will lead the Adelaide and Northern Territory business, driving sales growth, profitability and market share across the commercial and civil infrastructure sectors. Working closely with major contractors, developers and key stakeholders, they will identify and secure new business opportunities, strengthen customer relationships and implement strategic sales initiatives across the region. In addition, they will provide leadership to a high-performing team, ensuring operational excellence, exceptional customer service and a safe, collaborative workplace culture.
  
About you

We are seeking a commercially minded Branch Manager who has the following attributes:

• Proven experience within the formwork, falsework or temporary works sector.
• Strong business development and direct sales experience with a track record of winning new business
• Technical understanding of formwork systems and design
• Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets, budgets and commercial objectives
• Exceptional leadership, negotiation and stakeholder management skills
• Highly self-motivated with strong problem-solving, planning and change management capabilities
