BUSINESS ADVISORY MANAGER – AGRIBUSINESS – BILOELA, CENTRAL QLD – NATIONAL MID-TIER FIRM – CLIENT ADVISORY & LEADERSHIP FOCUS (JOB ID 1390)

Our client is a leading national accounting and advisory firm with a strong presence across Queensland and Northern NSW, backed by a global network. With a diverse client base spanning SMEs, high-net-worth individuals and large private groups, they are known for delivering tailored, practical advice. Their specialist Agribusiness team works closely with rural and regional clients, providing end-to-end support across compliance, tax and strategic advisory. 

The Role: 

• Work across tax, compliance and business advisory for agribusiness clients  

• Prepare financial statements, tax returns, BAS and management reports  

• Provide tax advice including research, analysis and client support  

• Support business improvement through financial insights and reporting  

• Build strong client relationships and contribute to advisory outcomes  

• Opportunity to travel to regional areas and engage with clients directly  

About You: 

• 3–6+ years’ accounting experience with at least 2 years in Australian public practice 

• CA/CPA qualified (or equivalent)  

• Strong technical skills across tax and business services  

• Experience with Xero, MYOB, Reckon or similar systems  

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills  

• Motivated, proactive and keen to develop within a growing team  

• Leadership capability with experience mentoring or supporting junior staff
