One of Brisbane’s longest-standing child and adolescent psychology clinics is looking for our next psychologist to join the team.

• Consistent referral stream — develop a full, stable caseload without needing to market yourself

• Choose your caseload — age range, presentations, and mix of therapy vs assessment

• Protected downtime — we keep 1–2pm client-free so the team can reset, connect, or take a break (coffee, walks, naps…your choice)

• Excellent remuneration - we provide many services at no cost to you such as CPD, supervision, resources, admin support, marketing and more! We also offer Registrar supervision (clinical and educational) at no cost as well as one of the best hourly rates. Salaried position maybe possible also.

You’ll be working with children, adolescents, and families across a range of presentations, including:

• Anxiety and OCD

• Assessment of ASD, ADHD, and learning disorders

• Work with twice-exceptional individuals

There is also flexibility to also work with adult clients through our You Matter Psychologists arm if this is of interest (www.youmatterpsychologists.com.au).

Our client base allows you to work with complex and meaningful clinical presentations while continuing to build your expertise.

We invest heavily in our clinicians:

• Regular supervision and CPD

• Structured check-ins twice yearly to support your professional and personal goals

We’re looking for someone who wants to grow with the clinic long-term, and we’re happy to wait for the right fit.

• Fully (General) Registered psychologist (general, clinical, or educational & developmental — registrar or endorsed)

• Interest in working with children and adolescents

• Commitment to evidence-based practice
