About the role

You’ll be providing dedicated administrative and operational support to team of Brokers, assisting with the effective management and servicing of client accounts. You’ll play a key role in supporting day to day broking activities, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance across all client deliverables. The position offers exposure to a professional corporate environment, with on the job learning and ongoing guidance within an established broking team.

A Day in the Life

• Manage renewals, new business quotes, and overall account servicing (policies, endorsements, invoicing).
• Liaise with clients, insurers, underwriters, and internal teams to meet deadlines and support broking strategy.
• Maintain accurate documentation, systems, and processing through collaboration with the Gallagher Service Centre.
• Support debtor management, gather client information, and identify key issues.
• Continuously improve processes, stay updated through training, and uphold professional and ethical standards.

Skills and experience

• Experience in a client support / administration role
• Attention to detail
• Clear and effective in stakeholder communication
• Great time management and ability to prioritise to meet deadlines
• A proactive approach and commitment to client service excellence
