Citipointe Christian College is currently inviting applications for a Casual Athletics & Strength and Conditioning Coach within our Sports Department, with availability commencing as soon as possible.

Position Summary 

Role responsibilities 

• Deliver athletics coaching across track and field disciplines, developing students' skills, confidence, participation, and performance.

• Plan and facilitate safe, engaging strength and conditioning programs for Academy athletes across multiple sporting codes.

• Support the physical development of student athletes through age-appropriate training, movement education, and injury prevention practices.

• Assist with athlete testing, performance monitoring, and the maintenance of training records.

• Provide supervision and support at training sessions, school sporting events, carnivals, and competitions.

• Foster a positive culture of sportsmanship, resilience, teamwork, and personal excellence.

• Build positive relationships with students, families, coaches, and external sporting partners.

• Ensure compliance with child safety, risk management, and College policies and procedures.

• Work collaboratively with the Director of Sport and Activities to support the delivery and continuous improvement of the College's athletics and academy sports programs.

• Undertake other duties as reasonably required to support the College's sporting program.
