About the role:

Operating within Digital Innovation & Change, the CRM Systems Administrator maintains, supports and optimises ACU's CRM platform to ensure system stability, data integrity, user access control and effective operational performance meet the needs of students, staff and university stakeholders. The position is the operational backbone of the CRM capability team and responsible for the day to day administration, maintenance and support of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform. The CRM Systems Administrator ensures the system remains available, secure and fit for purpose providing a reliable foundation for student lifecycle management and staff productivity initiatives across the university.

• Total remuneration valued to $124,509 - $134,699 total rem (pro rata) pa, including salary component $105,212 - $113,823 (pro rata) pa (HEW 7), employer contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading.
• 17% employer superannuation contributions to eligible continuing and fixed-term staff.
• Annual leave loading of an equivalent to 17.5% of four weeks' salary pro rata payable, dependent on your commencement date.
