About the Role
As we continue to grow, we’re looking for an Admin / Sales Support Officer to help keep the business running smoothly by coordinating tasks, managing enquiries, and supporting teams across the organisation. This role sits at the centre of the business, supporting Sales, Account Management, Customer Support and leadership. You will be responsible for managing inbound enquiries, coordinating meetings, and ensuring tasks are followed through to completion. This is not a traditional admin role — it requires someone who is proactive, organised, and confident in following up to make sure nothing falls through the cracks.

Responsibilities

• Respond to and action inbound enquiries promptly, professionally and within agreed service timeframes

• Arrange suitable customer meetings or product demonstrations

• Maintain accurate and complete CRM records for all enquiries, customer interactions and follow-up activities

• Coordinate customer and executive meetings efficiently, avoiding scheduling conflicts and tracking required actions

• Complete administrative tasks and collaborate with internal teams to ensure enquiries and follow-ups are handled on time

About You
