We're expanding, and we're looking for a Part-Time Customer Sales Assistant who turns every call, email and walk-in into the kind of experience that makes customers choose WPA again.

No industry experience? No problem — we'll provide full training on our products, systems, and the industry.

What you'll be doing

• First point of contact for customer walk-ins, inbound calls and email

• Delivering an exceptional customer experience from first enquiry through to order and delivery

• Quoting, processing orders and following up to keep customers informed every step of the way

• Working closely with a small, supportive sales and warehouse team to get it right, every time

We're looking for someone who:

• Takes ownership of every call, email and follow-up — no customer falls through the cracks on your watch

• Willing to learn our products, systems and industry, with a supportive team behind you from day one
