• Remuneration: Level 6 from $108,021 - $115,233 depending on experience (pro rata) + 17% super + leave loading
• Location: UNSW Kensington Campus (Hybrid)

Why Your Role Matters:

As International Partnerships Coordinator, you will support the Faculty of Law & Justice’s international engagement priorities and help turn strategic initiatives into well-coordinated activities, programs and partnerships. Working closely with the Associate Dean International, you will provide high-level administrative, operational and project support across international agreements, visits, student mobility, funding and stakeholder engagement. The role reports to the Associate Dean International, with a dotted reporting line to the Faculty Operations Manager, and has no direct reports.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and support international engagement initiatives, marketing opportunities and student-related activities.
• Build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including the International Portfolio, to support the Faculty’s international objectives.
• Prepare reports, briefings, presentations and other materials for strategic activities, international visits and delegations.
• Coordinate travel arrangements and provide operational support to the Associate Dean International, using sound judgement to manage competing priorities.
• Administer international agreements and Memoranda of Understanding, ensuring compliance with University policies and procedures.
• Support Faculty-led international programs, competitions and partnership activities.
• Manage, monitor and report on the Law & Justice international budget.
• Work with relevant teams and students to administer mobility grants, international awards and scholarship funding in line with applicable guidelines and timelines.
• Maintain effective communication with stakeholders, analyse requests, filter correspondence and prioritise urgent matters on behalf of the Associate Dean International.

Who You Are:

You are a highly organised and collaborative professional who communicates clearly, works confidently with a wide range of stakeholders and brings sound judgement to a varied workload. You can work independently when needed while contributing productively as part of a team.

• A relevant tertiary qualification with subsequent relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail.
• Demonstrated success working collaboratively on initiatives with people at different levels of an organisation.
• Advanced computer literacy, including strong skills across Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks, changing priorities and competing deadlines.
• The initiative and judgement to work independently, solve problems and respond effectively to competing demands.
