UTS International is seeking an organised, relationship-focused and highly professional Officer, International Relations to support the coordination and delivery of international visits, study tours, short programs and strategic partnership activities. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in creating exceptional experiences for international visitors, partner institutions, government representatives and industry stakeholders while supporting UTS's internationalisation strategy and global engagement objectives.
About UTS International
UTS International is responsible for driving and supporting the University's international strategy, global partnerships, international student recruitment, mobility programs and engagement activities. The Compliance, Insights and Relations team plays a critical role in building and strengthening relationships with partner institutions, government bodies, recruitment agencies and international stakeholders while supporting compliance, risk management and international development initiatives.
About the Role
Reporting to the Manager, International Relations, you will coordinate and deliver international visits, , study tours, short programs and strategic projects from planning through to delivery.
Working closely with stakeholders across UTS and external partners, you will develop and deliver high-quality programs that strengthen international relationships and showcase the University's capabilities. This role requires strong organisational and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities while delivering exceptional experiences for international visitors and partners.

Remuneration & Benefits
Base Salary: 101,262 pa. (HEW 6)
This role attracts 17% employer superannuation in addition to the base salary. This position is offered on a full-time continuing basis.
Applicants must have existing work rights valid for the duration of the appointment. Visa sponsorship is not on offer for this appointment.
Please note that occasional after-hours and weekend work may be required to support events, international delegations and special programs.
