As a result, we require an experienced Sales Quoting Coordinator to join our growing team.

About The Role:
Based in our Jamisontown Penrith office, this is a Sales Quoting Coordinator in the Automatic Door, Gate & Roller Shutter Industry. Reporting to the Sales Manager you will increase sales by creating and submitting quotes to clients, identifying new business opportunities and develop & maintain current relationships

Primary responsibilities will involve:

• Directly communicating with Field Service Technicians and customers to determine requirements to create quotes.

• Promptly following up with clients upon receipt and seek feedback.

• Review details and estimate timeframes for job completion.

• Build a comprehensive knowledge in the CRM system.

• Establishing and maintaining customer relationships through regular contact.

• Manage priorities to ensure the timely processing of specifications, quotes, and sales orders through the CRM system.

• Utilising CRM reports to guarantee the sales department follows up on all quotes and activities.

• Processing, ordering of materials, and effectively managing approved quotes.

Your Skills:

Ideally, you possess experience in our industry; however, candidates with successful backgrounds in other sectors, such as service-based industries, are also encouraged to apply. We seek an individual with an engaging and friendly personality, coupled with a professional phone manner. A proactive problem solver with a positive 'can-do' attitude would thrive in this role.

• Industry Experience or Technical skills in the Automatic Door, Roller Shutter or Gate Industry are an advantage

• Prior experience in B2B selling

• The ability to work both independently and as part of a team

• Excellent written and oral communication skills

• Strong desire to achieve and exceed your set KPI’s

• Proficiency in simPRO and ZOHO is an advantage but not essential

• Great customer relations

• Strong computer skills with good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
