Press Operators

We’re looking for experienced Press Operators to join our growing production team. If you’ve worked in manufacturing, especially with aluminium extrusion machines, and enjoy hands-on work in a team environment – we want to hear from you.

About the Role:

As a Press Operator, you’ll play a key part in running our aluminium extrusion lines and making high-quality products and responsible for:

• Operating and monitoring aluminium extrusion machines

• Checking products for quality and making adjustments to keep things running smoothly

• Helping solve minor machine or production issues

• Working closely with your teammates to keep the line safe, clean, and efficient

• Following all safety procedures and doing your part to look out for the team

• Supporting improvements to help the factory run better and faster

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience working with aluminium extrusion or similar machines in manufacturing

• Good problem-solving skills and a mechanical mindset

• Ability to read and follow basic drawings or instructions

• Someone who takes pride in doing quality work and keeping their area safe and tidy

• A team player with clear communication skills
