Your new role
Your new role will see you reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor working with food processing equipment and systems on a variety of shifts rotating weekly to support production. Weekend maintenance days and Shutdowns form part of this role and are shared between team members..

What you'll need to succeed

• Qualified Certificate III in Engineering - Mechanical trade (4th year apprentices will be considered) 

• Experience within a food production environment is highly advantageous.

• Looking for longevity in a permanent role, with career prospects.

• A can do attentive attitude.

Preferred skill set

• Experience with fault finding and maintenance on a production/processing line

• Fault find and service pneumatic components

• Fault find and service hydraulic components

• Fault find and service steam components

• Tig and stick welding 

• Experience with industrial refrigeration systems

You will be required to undertake a six month probation period with a review upon completion.  We offer a competitive hourly rate ranging from $40 - $53 per hour based on Australian skill qualification and experience.
