The Junior Recruitment Consultant supports end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating interview schedules with clients. The role involves maintaining candidate databases, preparing job advertisements, and assisting with graduate recruitment campaigns. Day-to-day responsibilities also include communicating with candidates and hiring managers, providing status updates, and supporting senior consultants with client briefs and recruitment reports. The consultant is expected to collaborate with the team, follow established recruitment processes, and contribute to a positive candidate and client experience.Qualifications Candidates should possess skills in Graduate Recruitment and Recruiting.Candidates should possess skills in Consulting and client relationship support.Candidates should possess strong Interviewing and Communication skills.Ability to organize multiple roles and meet agreed timelines in a fast-paced environment.Comfort with using recruitment systems, ATS platforms, and common office software.Relevant tertiary qualification in human resources, business, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently when required.Interest in building a career in recruitment and consulting, with a willingness to learn and take feedback.
