 About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Technical Product Manager to drive product innovation, customer engagement, and market growth.

 Reporting to the National Technical Manager, you will work closely with customers, R&D teams, and internal stakeholders to identify new product opportunities, manage development projects, and bring innovative solutions to market.

 This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys combining technical expertise, commercial strategy, and customer collaboration.

 Key Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with key customers and their R&D teams.

• Identify and develop new product and system integration opportunities.

• Conduct market research and competitor analysis.

• Lead product development projects from concept through to commercialisation.

• Deliver technical presentations and product training.

• Monitor product performance and recommend improvements.

• Support product costing, business cases, and ROI analysis.

• Provide guidance and mentoring to R&D teams on customer-focused product development.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Experience in product management, product development, technical sales, or a similar role.

• Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills.

• Commercial acumen and the ability to identify market opportunities.

• Proficiency in CAD software, ideally SolidWorks.

• Strong technical problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Tertiary qualifications in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business, or a related discipline (preferred).

• Experience within manufacturing, building products, construction, or related industries will be highly regarded.
