Permanent Part-Time Administration Officer - The Fertility Clinic Liverpool

We're looking for two dedicated Permanent Part-Time Administration Officer to join our team at The Fertility Clinic Liverpool. This is an exciting job-share opportunity, and you'll be a crucial part of our team by providing cover for annual and sick leave, ensuring our clinic runs smoothly and our patients always feel supported.

What you'll do:

• Be the first point of contact for our patients, providing a warm and welcoming experience.

• Manage patient appointments, inquiries, and billing.

• Support our world-class fertility doctors and nurses, ensuring they have everything they need to provide the best possible care.

• Maintain patient records with a high level of accuracy and confidentiality.

What you'll bring:

• Patient-focused mindset with a can-do attitude: You understand the importance of empathy and a positive approach, especially for patients on a fertility journey.

• Proven experience as a medical receptionist or in a similar administrative role.

• Strong computer literacy and proficiency with medical software.

• Excellent communication skills: both written and verbal, with a professional and compassionate phone manner.

• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail: You're able to multitask effectively in a busy environment.

• An understanding of medical terminology and patient confidentiality.
