We are looking for a skilled, enthusiastic, experienced and motivated 4wd accessory salesperson. You will be responsible for discussing with customers their 4wd upgrade requirements and then recommending and quoting the products that suit their needs.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email and in person

• Build strong relationships with new and existing customers

• Prepare accurate quotations and recommend suitable product packages and upgrades that suit the customers needs

• Deliver exceptional customer service throughout entire sales process

• Convert enquiries into sales while maximising customer satisfaction

• Maintain up to date knowledge of products, industry trends and vehicle applications

Requirements

• Experience in a sales role ideally within the 4wd accessory industry

• A genuine passion for 4wd's touring, camping and offroad vehicles

• Professional presentation and a customer first attitude

• High attention to detail and excellent organisational skills

• Strong communications and relationship building skills

• Ability to work towards sales targets and achieve measurable results
