We’re on the lookout for a talented PPC Strategist to join our team and take ownership of high-performance paid campaigns across a wide range of clients and industries. This is a strategic, hands-on role for someone who loves turning data into results and thrives in a fast-paced digital environment.

So, the job.

You’ll be responsible for three core pillars: Ad Account Performance, Budget Management, and Ongoing Optimisation.

• Plan, implement and manage PPC campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, Pinterest and more.
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and generate audience targeting to ensure every dollar works harder.
• Continuously monitor campaigns and use real-time data to improve performance.
• Set and manage campaign budgets to maximise ROI and meet client goals.
• Conduct A/B testing of creatives, campaign structure, bidding strategies, objectives and landing pages to drive better outcomes.
• Collaborate with internal teams on creative, strategy, and tracking implementation.
• Review and optimise landing pages to enhance the user journey and conversions.
• Report on performance with clarity and insight- turning metrics into meaningful stories.
• Stay up to date with the latest PPC trends, platform updates and best practices.

You

• Proven experience as a PPC Specialist, Strategist or similar in a digital agency environment for a minimum of 3 years.
• Deep knowledge of core platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads , LinkedIn Ads, Microsoft Ads and others.
• Comfortable using keyword tools, bid management platforms, and analytics dashboards.
• Analytical mind that loves data but never loses sight of the user.
• Google Ads and Facebook Blueprint certifications.
• Able to work independently and juggle multiple client campaigns with ease.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills – you’re great with people and even better with process.
• A results-driven approach and the ability to align performance with bigger client goals.
