Mr Truck Driver / Labourer

Go Hire Site Rentals is a family owned and operated equipment hire business specialising in portable buildings, storage containers, portable toilets and temporary fencing for the construction and events industries.

As Go Hire continues to grow, including the recent opening of our second location, we’re looking for an experienced and reliable MR Truck Driver to join our Kembla Grange team.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys driving but is also happy to get out of the truck and help with site and yard work. Tilt tray experience is highly regarded, as a large part of the role involves delivering and collecting portable buildings, containers and other hire equipment from customer sites.

Your duties will include:

• Driving our MR tilt tray and Hiab trucks

• Delivering and collecting portable buildings, containers and hire equipment

• Safely loading, securing and unloading equipment

• Installing and dismantling temporary fencing on customer sites

• General labouring and site work as required

• Portable toilet and waste tank pump-outs on customer sites and in the yard

• Yard duties including loading trucks, cleaning equipment and preparing hire equipment

• Assisting the wider team when required

• Current MR licence – essential

• Previous tilt tray experience – highly regarded

• Confident driving manual trucks

• Current forklift licence

• Hiab / crane experience desirable

• Physically fit and comfortable with hands-on labouring work

• Reliable, punctual and able to work well in a small team

• Good attitude and willingness to help wherever required

• Strong focus on safety and looking after vehicles and equipment

• $34–$36 per hour + Super + Overtime, with higher rates considered for applicants with strong tilt tray / Hiab experience

• Regular overtime available
