Are you a passionate Chef or experienced Cook looking for an exciting opportunity to showcase your skills in vibrant, high-volume kitchens? The Bower Tree in Sippy Downs is seeking a talented and motivated Pizza Chef or Cook to join our Arrow's Kitchen and Pizzeria team on a casual basis, where you'll craft delicious, high-quality meals and Pizza's while honing your culinary expertise in a modern and professional setting.

About the Role

In this role, you will:

• Prepare and cook consistently high-quality restaurant meals and pizzas and modern classic favourites using traditional techniques and fresh ingredients

• Demonstrate at least 1 year of pizza-making experience to ensure high-quality pizza preparation and presentation.

• Must have pizza rolling experience using hand stretching.

• Work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while maintaining excellence in presentation and quality

• Maintain a clean and organised workspace in line with food safety and hygiene regulations

• Collaborate with the kitchen team to innovate and refine menu offerings

What We're Looking For

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• Proven experience as a qualified Chef or experienced Cook in a busy casual dining setting

• Passion and a flair for beautiful presentation

• Ability to handle multiple orders simultaneously in a fast-paced environment

• High attention to detail and commitment to consistent quality

• Excellent organisation and time-management skills

• Ability to work independently, autonomously and as part of a team

• Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations

• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts including evenings and weekends
