We're now searching for exceptional, experienced Lash & Brow Artists to join our team, with current opportunities primarily at our Oakleigh, Berwick and new Brighton salon, opening soon.

For the right person, opportunities may also be available across other Lash Envy Melbourne locations.

THE PERSON WE'RE LOOKING FOR

We're not looking for someone who simply wants to "do lashes."

We're looking for a powerhouse beauty professional who wants to build a career.

You are someone who:

• Has proven experience performing eyelash extensions and/or professional brow services

• Takes enormous pride in the quality of your work

• Is genuinely passionate about lashes, brows, beauty and emerging industry trends

• Loves creating an exceptional client experience

• Is confident, warm, professional and highly reliable

• Brings positive energy into a team environment

• Is motivated by goals, growth and becoming better at what you do

• Values feedback, education and continued development

• Wants to build a strong, loyal clientele

• Understands that exceptional service goes beyond the treatment itself

• Is organised, punctual and takes ownership of their role

• Has the flexibility to work during our busiest trading periods, including evenings and Saturdays

• Is looking for more than a short-term job and wants the opportunity to build a genuine career within the beauty industry

We are particularly interested in candidates with strong availability and flexibility who are ready to become an important part of our salon team.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

Depending on your experience and qualifications, services may include:

• Classic Lash Extensions

• Hybrid Lash Extensions

• Volume Lash Extensions

• Wispy, Wet Look and current lash styling techniques

• Lash Lifts

• Brow Sculpting

• Brow Dye and Hybrid Dye

• Brow Lamination

• Client consultations and personalised lash and brow styling

• Building and maintaining strong client relationships

• Rebooking and client retention

• Maintaining Lash Envy's high standards of presentation, hygiene and customer care

EXPERIENCE IS IMPORTANT

Unlike some of our training positions, this particular role is designed for an experienced artist.

Successful applicants will be invited to meet with us and demonstrate their practical lash and/or brow skills as part of our recruitment process.

We're looking for quality, not just a qualification.

THE POSITION

Employment: Casual to commence, with the potential for increased hours and progression for the right person.

Locations currently recruiting: Oakleigh, Berwick and Brighton.

Exceptional candidates interested in our other salon locations are also encouraged to apply.

Availability: Applicants must have flexibility and be available for some evenings and Saturdays.

Start date: Immediate start available for the right candidate.
