Hunter Valley Lashes is growing, and we’re looking for an experienced Senior Lash & Brow Artist to join our friendly and supportive team.

We’re passionate about delivering exceptional results, creating an amazing client experience, and helping our team continue to grow through ongoing education and development.

About the Role

This position is available on a part-time or full-time basis and involves providing a range of premium beauty services including:

• Eyelash extensions (Classic, Hybrid, Volume & Mega Volume)

• Lash lifts & tints

• Brow sculpting, waxing & tinting

• Brow laminations

• Retail recommendations and client aftercare

• Maintaining a clean, professional workspace

• Creating social media content when required

What We’re Looking For

We’re searching for someone who:

• Has 2–3 years’ experience in the lash and beauty industry

• Is confident performing lash extensions and brow services

• Has experience creating handmade volume fans (preferred but not essential). If needed, further training and mentoring will be provided.

• Has excellent attention to detail

• Takes pride in delivering outstanding customer service

• Is reliable, motivated and works well independently and as part of a team

• Has a positive attitude and a willingness to continue learning
