Casual Brow and Lash Artist

$33 - $35 per hour

WOW LASH is looking for an experienced Lash & Brow Technician to join our professional and growing salon in Cremorne.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about the beauty industry, provides excellent client service and is interested in growing with our salon long term.

The ideal candidate will initially work approximately 2 days per week and must be available and willing to work late shifts until 8:00pm when rostered. There may be opportunities for additional days as the role develops.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality Classic and Volume eyelash extensions
• Perform professional Lash Lift treatments
• Provide brow services including brow shaping, waxing/threading and other brow treatments
• Consult with clients and recommend appropriate treatments and products
• Encourage client rebooking and retention
• Work towards salon service, retail and KPI targets
• Maintain a clean, professional and organised treatment area
• Contribute positively to the salon and work effectively as part of a team
• Be willing to assist with WOW LASH social media content, including filming treatment results, before-and-after content, Instagram Reels and TikTok videos
• Be comfortable participating in occasional salon social media content

About You

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Classic and Volume eyelash extensions
• Minimum 1 year of experience performing Lash Lift treatments
• Strong brow skills are highly regarded
• Able to complete a Classic full set of approximately 60 lashes per eye in around 60 minutes
• Strong English communication and customer service skills
• Punctual, reliable and self-motivated
• Confident recommending and upselling appropriate products and services
• Comfortable working towards KPIs, rebooking and retail targets
• Interested in beauty, social media and current Instagram/TikTok trends
• Looking for a long-term position
• Must have valid Australian working rights
