Casual Lash & Brow Artist / Beauty Therapist

About the role

Butterfly Kiss is looking for an experienced and reliable Lash & Brow Artist/Beauty Therapist to join our boutique salon in the lead-up to Christmas. This casual position would suit someone who already has work or other commitments and would like to add approximately 5–10 hours per week to their schedule. Hours will be arranged based on salon demand and the successful applicant's availability, with the possibility of ongoing work for the right person.

Key responsibilities

• Eyelash extensions

• Lash lifts and tinting

• Brow shaping, tinting and lamination

• Facial waxing

• Providing consistently high-quality treatments and results

• Manage appointments, payments and general salon duties

• Maintain a clean, organised and welcoming environment

• Opening and closing the salon

• Working independently at times

• Social Media Campaigns

About you

• Confident and experienced in eyelash extensions, lash lifts and tinting, brow shaping, tinting and lamination, and facial waxing

• Previous salon experience and relevant beauty qualifications

• Warm, professional and confident with clients

• Takes pride in delivering beautiful, consistent results

• Excellent attention to detail and maintains high hygiene standards

• Reliable, punctual and well-presented

• Shows initiative and can work independently

• Comfortable working alone in the salon at times

• Full Australian working rights
