Pool Technician

Poolwerx Wynnum is seeking multiple skilled and dedicated Pool Technicians to join our team on a full-time / part-time / casual basis at our Manly West location in QLD 4179.

About the role.

• As a Pool Technician, you will be the backbone of our service delivery, responsible for maintaining, servicing, and repairing swimming pools and spa systems for our valued customers. This is a hands-on role that requires technical expertise, problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to customer satisfaction. You will play a vital role in ensuring that our clients enjoy safe, clean, and fully functional aquatic environments.

A Day on the Job

No two days are exactly the same. You'll work independently across residential and commercial pools, with a mix of:

• Pool servicing, water testing and problem solving

• Diagnosing and repairing pumps, filters, chlorinators and automation

• Equipment replacements, plumbing and installations

• Green pool recoveries and troubleshooting

• Looking after regular residential, body corporate and commercial clients
  

What We're Looking For

Pool industry experience is highly regarded, but not essential.

You might already be an experienced pool technician, or you may come from a hands-on background such as plumbing, HVAC, irrigation, electrical, mechanical maintenance, landscaping or another field service role.

What matters most is that you:

• Are practical, mechanically minded and enjoy solving problems

• Take pride in doing a job properly

• Are reliable and comfortable working independently

• Communicate well and provide great customer service

• Are willing to learn and develop your technical skills

• Are comfortable working outdoors and with the physical nature of the role

• Hold a current Australian driver's licence and full Australian working rights
  

What We Offer

• $60,000–$80,000 + super, depending on experience
