Client Advisor

As the first point of contact for our clinic, our Front of house staff provides a warm, professional, and welcoming experience for every client. A basic outline of the role involves managing appointments, greeting clients, answering phone calls and emails, processing payments, maintaining accurate patient records, and supporting our clinicians with day-to-day administrative tasks. You will be trained in basic trouble shooting for hearing aids.

We wish for someone who will go above and beyond with both our adult patients and children. The ideal candidate is organised, friendly, compassionate, and able to multitask in a busy healthcare environment while delivering exceptional customer service. Previous experience in the industry or similar work is valued.
