Administration Officer
Lee Tyers Building Surveyors is looking for a motivated and organised Administration Officer to join our team in Kingston.
This is a varied role providing administration and workflow support to our residential and commercial teams, while also being a key point of contact for our clients.
About the role
Provide administration and customer service support
Manage phones, emails and correspondence
Coordinate residential workflow, invoicing and project administration
Assist our technical teams with day-to-day administration
Maintain positive client relationships
Assist with marketing and new client opportunities
About you
We’re looking for someone who is:
Organised, proactive and reliable
Confident communicating with clients and team members
Able to work in a busy environment and manage competing priorities
Experienced in administration, preferably within the building industry
Comfortable learning new systems and technology
Certificate IV in Business Administration or relevant experience, building industry experience and a current driver's licence are required.
