ABOUT THE ROLE

We're seeking a passionate Client advisor to join our Sydney retail team. As a FENDI Ambassador, you deliver an extraordinary, luxurious client experience through our heritage, craftsmanship, quality, and creativity—bringing our promise to life: Driven by Creativity and Excellence, we create magic, inspiring our teams and clients to dream. 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Sales Performance

• Drive results across all categories through upselling, cross-selling, and impactful storytelling.

• Champion excellence to consistently achieve assigned KPIs (sales targets, core categories, and NPS).

Client Management

• Act with a client- centric mindset, anticipating needs and building lasting relationships across the client’s journey.

• Leverage CRM tools effectively to foster client loyalty and brand desire.

Store Operations & Maintenance

• Accurately manage inventory, stock transfers, payments, and database inputs.

• Work collaboratively as one team ("Less I – More Us") to maintain operational excellence, visual merchandising standards, and a safe, pristine store environment.

ABOUT YOU

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the fashion or high-end luxury industry.

• Exemplary grooming standards and professional presentation.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Passionate about luxury retail, with the flexibility to work non-traditional hours.

• Client-development mindset, always willing to go the extra mile.

• Accountable, collaborative, and open to feedback with a hunger to learn and improve.

• (For Senior Client Advisor applicants) Proven experience coaching and role-modeling for junior team members.
