The OpportunityWe are seeking passionate and experienced Client Advisors looking to elevate their retail career at our Sydney Westfield & Elizabeth St Boutiques. As a FENDI Ambassador, you will bring our heritage, craftsmanship, quality, and creativity to life in every client interaction.
Your Responsibilities
Sales PerformanceDrive results across all categories through upselling, cross-selling, and storytelling.Consistently achieve assigned KPIs including sales targets, core category targets, and NPS.Client ManagementBuild long-term client relationships through personalised service and a client-centric approach.Use CRM tools effectively to support client retention, loyalty, and brand engagement.Store Operations & MaintenanceAccurately manage inventory, stock transfers, payments, and customer database inputs.Maintain visual merchandising standards and support a safe, clean, and well-presented boutique environment.Work collaboratively with the team to support daily store operations.
Who We Are Looking ForMinimum 2 years’ experience in fashion or high-end luxury retail.Experience working toward sales targets and KPIs.Experience using CRM, POS, or retail management systems.Strong personal presentation and grooming standards.Flexibility to work non-traditional retail hours.For Senior Client Advisor applicants: prior experience coaching junior team members.Additional language skills are highly regarded.
