About the role
THE ROLE
The Senior Policy and Project Officer, Workforce will support the delivery of the Family Violence Industry Plan (FV Industry Plan) and workforce related actions under Until every Victorian is safe: Third rolling action plan to end family and sexual violence 2025-2027. Working alongside the Principal Policy and Project Officer, Workforce, the position is tasked with providing advice on the future direction of the work program and supporting key deliverables and outcomes.
The Workforce team will work across the Family Safety Victoria division to provide comprehensive visibility and oversight of workforce related policy and program initiatives, which span work from prevention through to response and recovery. The team will also work closely with program areas across the department, government agencies, peak bodies, the community services sector and other stakeholder groups.
