We're looking for an experienced Senior Property Manager to join our growing team. This is a portfolio focused role managing approximately 150-160 well maintained properties, supported by a dedicated Virtual Assistant, leasing support and routine inspection assistance.

What You'll Be Doing

You'll take ownership of your portfolio and be responsible for delivering an exceptional experience to both owners and tenants.

Your day to day responsibilities will include:

• Managing a residential portfolio of approximately 150-160 properties.

• Building strong relationships with landlords, tenants and contractors.

• Coordinating maintenance and repairs from start to finish.

• Managing lease renewals, rent reviews and tenancy negotiations.

• Monitoring rent arrears and ensuring legislative compliance.

• Conducting ingoing and outgoing tenancy management.

• Preparing and maintaining accurate documentation using PropertyMe.

• Working collaboratively with our leasing team, Virtual Assistant and leadership team to ensure a seamless client experience.

About You

You'll be someone who genuinely enjoys Property Management and values building long term relationships.

You'll also have:

• Previous experience managing your own residential portfolio, ideally 3+ years.

• A current Queensland Real Estate Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence.

• Excellent communication and organisational skills.

• Strong attention to detail.

• The ability to manage your time effectively and work proactively.

• A positive attitude and solution focused approach.

• A genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
