You’ll manage your own portfolio with the support of a dedicated and experienced team. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Building and maintaining strong relationships with rental providers and renters

• Managing arrears, lease renewals, rental increases, and maintenance

• Preparing CMAs and attending VCAT when required

• Overseeing safety and compliance checks

• Working collaboratively with our inspections, leasing, and BDM teams.

• Meeting KPIs across arrears, communication, and compliance

• Proven experience in residential property management

• Solid knowledge of the Residential Tenancies Act (VIC)

• Outstanding customer service and communication skills

• Strong organisational and time management abilities

• A proactive and professional approach

• A true team player attitude

• Agent’s Representative Certificate or Cert IV in Real Estate Practice

• A current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle

• Minimum 12 months of experience in a Property Manager role
